Are you NICEIC registered?
Yes — every job leaves site with NICEIC-standard test results and an installation certificate.
How quickly can you attend an emergency?
Usually within 60 minutes of Wolverhampton, up to 90 minutes to the edges of our 30-mile coverage.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. The first-hour price is inclusive. Additional time is billed in 15-minute blocks after that.
Do you cover my postcode?
We cover a 30-mile radius from Wolverhampton, including WV, WS, DY, TF, B (north and central), and ST postcodes. Check the coverage map or call us.
How much is an EICR?
From £180 for a 3-bed house, from £140 for a 1-bed flat, from £240 for small commercial. Portfolio pricing available from 5 properties.
How long does a full house rewire take?
5–8 working days for a typical 3-bed. We can phase the work room-by-room if you're living in.
Do you supply RAMS and insurance certificates?
Yes. Every commercial job comes with risk assessment, method statement and £5m public liability certificate ahead of works.
Can you install any EV charger?
Any current OZEV-approved unit. Most customers pick Zappi (for solar), Ohme (for Intelligent Octopus) or Pod Point. We supply or install client-supplied units.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes — fixed monthly retainers for landlords, facilities teams and multi-site retailers with priority response times.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card. Domestic jobs are typically 50% deposit / 50% on completion. Larger works are staged into 30/40/30 payments.
