How quickly can you get to me?
Usually within 60 minutes from Wolverhampton (WV) — up to 90 minutes to the edges of our 30-mile coverage.
Do you charge a call-out fee on top of the hourly rate?
No. The first-hour price is inclusive. Additional time is billed in 15-minute blocks after that.
Will you fix everything on the first visit?
We make the fault safe on the first visit every time. Full repair is done then if we have the parts; otherwise scheduled at a time that suits you.
Can you provide reports for insurance claims?
Yes — signed statement of works, thermal images and test results supplied within 48 hours for insurers.
